Larry Smith

Larry Smith served as the Deputy Director of the California Water Science Center for the USGS in Sacramento, California for many years. His expertise is in watershed management, balancing ecological and anthropological water needs in California, in other words: estuarine hydrodynamics. Larry Smith is now retired from the USGS.
